Let’s see if we’re a good fit.

Three quick questions so your time goes to the right conversation. If it looks like a fit, you pick a slot for a 30-minute call with me. We talk about where your business is and whether I am the right person to help. It is not advice and it is not the Unstuck Session; if you want to work on the problem itself, that is what the session is for.

Step 1 of 2

About your business

Takes under a minute.

I ask about turnover first because my packages are built for businesses from about £750k upwards. If you’re below that, the Unstuck Session is still open to you.

A good fit

Great, let’s talk. Pick a time below.

From what you’ve told me, this sounds like exactly the kind of business I work with. Choose a time for a 30-minute call and the Teams link will arrive by email.

Not yet a fit

Thank you, I’ll be in touch.

My packages are built for businesses a little further along, so I won’t book a call that isn’t right for you. I’ll keep your details for twelve months in case things change, and in the meantime these might help:

Who you’ll work with

Me, every time

No juniors, no handovers. I’m an ICAEW chartered accountant with 12 years in accountancy, I’ve built my own company from scratch, and I work with a small number of businesses so I can know each one properly.

What is a fractional finance director?

An experienced FD who works with your business part-time, for a fixed monthly fee, instead of a full-time salary. You get senior financial leadership sized to what your business needs.

How much does it cost?

Packages start from £2,500 a month plus VAT for Finance Partner, £3,000 for Financial Controller and £3,500 for Finance Director. The Unstuck Session is £150 plus VAT.

What’s the difference between an accountant and a finance director?

An accountant usually looks back: year-end accounts and tax returns. A finance director looks forward: cash forecasts, monthly reporting, pricing, hiring and funding decisions.

Do you work with businesses across the UK?

Yes. I work fully virtually with founder-led companies across the UK, with meetings on Microsoft Teams.

Can you still do my year-end accounts and tax?

Yes, alongside a monthly package, and existing compliance clients continue as before.
