A one-hour, one-to-one Microsoft Teams session with Hayley Ayres on the financial question you bring. It is a working session based on what you tell us on the call. It is not a full review of your business and not formal advice on your tax or financial position. If you need that, we will say so and explain what it would involve and what it would cost.
£150 plus VAT. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you choose your time. Your booking is confirmed by email with the Teams link, a short preparation form and a VAT receipt. The payment will appear on your card statement as Heart and Soul Accounting.

The reviews quoted on this website are taken from the firm’s Google Business Profile, where they can be read in full and in date order. We choose which reviews to show, we may shorten them for space, and we do not change their meaning. We do not pay for reviews or offer anything in return for them, and we do not remove genuine reviews because they are critical. Each quoted review shows the reviewer’s name as published on Google, with their permission where we add their business name.
If something is not right, please tell us. Our complaints procedure explains who to contact, how quickly we respond, and your right to take a complaint to ICAEW.
