Before you book
Is this a sales call?
No. It’s a paid working session, focused on your problem. If ongoing support would help, I’ll say so at the end, and that’s it.
What should I prepare?
Your latest accounts or management figures if you have them, and the one or two questions you most want answered. When you book, you’ll be asked what you most want to talk about, so I can prepare for it.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Give me at least 24 hours’ notice and you can move the session or have a full refund. Inside 24 hours, or if you don’t attend, the fee is unfortunately non-refundable, because that hour was held for you. If you book as an individual rather than a business, you also have a 14-day right to cancel under consumer law, explained in the session terms.
Is this financial advice?
No. The Unstuck Session is not financial advice and should not be treated as such. It’s a working session based on what you tell me on the call, not a full review of your business or formal advice on your tax or financial position. If you need that, I’ll say so and explain what it would involve.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, a VAT invoice is sent for every session.

The Unstuck Session
Need to move it? Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, or if you don’t attend, the fee is non-refundable. Card payment is taken by Stripe; your VAT receipt and the Teams link arrive by email.
